section of our site is about as much fun as watching paint
dry!!! Hopefully it will help to answer some of the questions
you may have, especially for first time visitors. We are always
open to suggestions to improve and try to make our site easier
for you to use. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you

Ordering
Information
We have
tried to make the online ordering as simple as possible. Here's
the way it works:

All prices are in Canadian Dollars and your credit card will be
billed in Canadian Dollars.
· Browse through the cigar list.
· Add cigars to your shopping cart by clicking on the
"Buy" buttons. Each time you add a box of cigars
it will show you your running total.
· When you have finished hit the "Checkout"
button.
· After confirming your total order including shipping,
click on "Checkout" again . At this point you will
be asked to fill in the basic information needed to complete
the purchase. PLEASE fill in all the sections or the order
won't go through. I have had help prompts added to assist
you.
One last
point. On your first order the information provided is carefully
checked to guarantee the validity of the credit information
provided. This protects both Ajax Cigars and the cardholder
against fraud.
No overnight
shipping for first time buyers.
Shipping
The buyer
is responsible for all local taxes and duties.
All orders
are shipped in the original box with the bands on the cigars.
We will open the box to inspect the cigars prior to shipping
only at your request. For those who are new to Cuban cigars,
Cabinet Selection cigars to do not have bands on them in the
first place. So if you order a box of Cabinet Selection cigars
don't be surprised.

Guarantee and Exchange Policy
Our mission
is to bring you the best. Authentic Cuban Cigars. Our cigars
are controlled by Habanos as well as by our experts and sent
to you in their ORIGINAL boxes with the bands on, from our
temperature/humidity regulated humidors in order to preserve
their freshness.
In
the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase,
simply contact us by e-mail or telephone within seven (7)
days of delivery and you may return the remainder of your
order in perfect condition for a prorated replacement or refund
(minus shipping charges).
Privacy
You are
our most important asset. Any information that is provided
to us is for our eyes only. We do not sell or trade customer
lists with anyone. It is kept strictly in house. As further
protection your information is stored on a computer not connected
to the internet.
We will contact you from time to time to advise you of new
product, specials and general cigar information. If you do
not wish us to do so we will remove you name from our email.
