How this started

I was sitting in my cigar store one quiet day looking at various Cuban Cigar sites on the Internet. Small business owners who have a retail sales store operate many of these. Great, I am all for us little guys increasing sales to create jobs and support families. I also found several sites that are strictly Internet sellers with no retail outlet - guess what - the same prices structures. Hmmm, no expensive storefront, fancy leasehold improvements, signage, advertising etc. Why not pass on these savings to you the customer? Lower overhead, lower markup, the site was born on this philosophy.

Trust

It's hard to sell anything on the Internet never mind Cuban cigars. The main reason is that people don't believe one darned word you say! They're sick and tired of being lied to and being misled. There are two concerns when you buy Cuban Cigars - are they genuine? and will I get my order? Let's deal with these....

Every Cuban Cigar we sell is genuine. The opportunity to buy fakes is readily available and the profits to be gained are large. However, it's a one shot deal, no repeat business, irate telephone calls, terrible reputation etc. - who needs it. We tell all our new customers - look if your not sure about us try a sample pack before you commit to a box order. No pressure you're the boss.
